Norte Chico is lead by Qhapaq and their unique unit is the Balso Raft and their unique building is the Shicra Pyramid.
About
Lore
Norte Chico was the first civilization in the Americas. They built massive pyramids and monoliths and flourished with a connection with the sea. Their civilization was a rich culture of agricultural, maritime and architectural synergy. Unfortunately, their nation was wiped out by floods and other disasters. They left no complex language, however the name Qhapaq has come down to us as a name that means great and may have been the name or title of kings.

Qhapaq‘s ability grants 1 amenity for the city if touching water.
Unique Unit and Building
The Balsa raft replaces the galley and is cheaper to make, as well as it being able to build 2 maritime improvements such as fisheries or whaling areas.
The Shicra Pyramid replaces the monument and provides more culture.
Agenda
Qhapaq’s unique agenda is Maritime Master. He likes those that fish and use water and have a good navy and dislikes those that shun the seas.
